At TreePark BSD, there is a separation of commercial and apartment areas. At the bottom, there is a 'pedestal' which is U-shaped and consists of 3 retail/shop floors. A garden is located in the middle, giving a cozy impression to the shopping area. On one side, the balconies are designed in such a way as to emphasize the curved impression of the facade.
