Professor Yohanes Surya who is an expert in physics initiated this construction. The architectural concept was inspired by the magnetic field lines that occur in copper wire coils that carry an electric current. Professor Yohanes Surya also wanted a cylinder-shaped building with a height of 4 floors. So, the concept of a magnetic field and a cylindrical shape were combined as it exists today. A ramp around the building, circular from the bottom to the roof, was added to strengthen the dynamic impression of the building
