This is one of the largest malls in Depok. The layout of mall is designed based on feng shui. Due to the position of the mall's main door juts out slightly towards the back, the 'crown' was deliberately made quite high and eye-catching so that it can be seen from Jalan Margonda. Its design was inspired by the Djarum symbol. The rows of pipes are arranged in a circle starting from a slope angle of 30 degrees to 88 degrees. This concept describes the journey of the Djarum company from the bottom to standing at almost 90 degrees. To balance the ‘crown’, the overall facade is kept simple. The indirect lighting is applied to maximize lighting without heat inside the building. In the main lobby area, a double glazed low-e coating system is used so that visitors can see the 'crown' from inside without feeling the heat. The roof support structure is made of curved steel to give a dynamic impression.
