This 4-star hotel is located on Jalan Hayam Wuruk which is known as the link between the Old City and the New City of Jakarta. It is designed to move backwards and forwards and has an uneven shape to create space between the rows of buildings which are dense and tend to be close to the road. The shape itself is also intentionally made more dynamic, differentiating it from the surrounding environment. The coffee shop is deliberately placed at the front, which usually operates for almost 24 hours, so that the hotel looks more lively, you can see activities inside so it can be more attractive and more welcoming, considering the long but narrow land. The front rooms are made of the "loft" type and there are window openings to the front because the view of Jalan Hayam Wuruk is quite good.
