One Magnificent Hotel in Gatot Subroto

This hotel and office building has a very strategic location, namely at the tip of the triangle Jl. Captain Tendean and has the main face on Jl. Gatot Subroto. Even though it has advantages in terms of location, this building has an unusual shape of land, namely a triangle, plus the land has been cut for a road. To continue to maximize the building area and land function, we created a mass design that follows the site and created one-way vehicle circulation to prevent traffic congestion on the land. The mass formation process that we carry out can be seen at the top of this panel.
