As previously mentioned, the installation design concept is “Melting Iceberg”. The triangle shape is a representation of an iceberg. The triangles are arranged randomly to represent the icebergs at the poles. The materials used are wood, used wooden pallets and recycled synthetic rattan woven. The shape of the ceiling is also inspired by the stalactites in the cave. It is designed with Rhino and Grasshopper in mind. This ceiling is also made from synthetic woven rattan panels. This bamboo woven material is useful as an air conditioner. The semi-transparent nature of the material helps with indoor lighting.
