This mixed-use building was located in the 2nd block from the beach. Therefore, the building was made at an angle to the road so that all room units have a view of the beach. The further back you go, the more layers there are. It was related to feng shui. In front of the apartment area, there are shophouses specifically for apartment residents and a hotel at the corner of the T-junction. The car road to each apartment was positioned on the outer ring of the apartment towers so that the middle part could be used for a garden, children's playground, and clubhouse. All apartment unit corridors were open to create natural ventilation, by local regulations.
