Courtyard by Marriot uses a modern tropical style concept. Due to its location not facing the beach, the swimming pool was made long so that all rooms have a view of the swimming pool. The interior of the lobby and restaurant are also open and positioned near the pool. It facilitates air exchange while also cooling the room inside. There is a bar that 'floats' above the swimming pool, adding to the uniqueness of this 6-story hotel. Different from the others, the gable roofs use lattice material made of metal. One of the roofs is made of green bronze perforated metal. To strengthen the green hotel concept, green walls are installed at several points.
